Hoarding support
Practical help, without shame or pressure.
When belongings and property conditions feel overwhelming, the way help is offered matters. We provide calm, hands-on support with a pace and scope agreed around the situation.

Real working imagery is used with appropriate permission and context.
How we work
The person is not the problem to be cleared.
We can work alongside an individual, family member, representative or professional referrer to make practical progress while keeping decisions understandable and respectful.
Begin with a conversation and property assessment
Agree priorities rather than forcing an all-or-nothing outcome
Make decisions in manageable stages where circumstances allow
Separate, clear and clean with care for personal belongings
Keep communication direct, calm and free from judgement
An important distinction
Hoarding disorder is a recognised mental-health condition.
We offer practical property support. We do not diagnose, provide therapy or claim clinical expertise. Where someone is receiving support from health, housing or social-care professionals, our practical work can be planned with those arrangements in mind where appropriate and authorised.
Showing work responsibly
The work should never become spectacle.
Photographs are shown to give an honest sense of the practical work. They are never used to shame, expose or sensationalise anyone.
Permission, privacy and context matter in every image we share.
