Clear fixed booking prices, agreed before work begins.
Work is booked in practical sessions rather than conventional quarter or half day fractions. Shorter bookings carry a higher proportionate cost because travel, preparation, setup, packing away and administration still apply.
Extended visit
£250Up to five hours on site. Suitable for work requiring more time but not the reservation of a complete working day.Full working day
£350Reserves up to approximately eight hours on site for larger cleaning, clearance, garden care and property-reset projects. The exact finishing time may vary according to the agreed scope, access, conditions, breaks and the safest practical completion point.These are fixed booking prices rather than hourly rates. Waste disposal, additional labour, specialist materials or equipment will be discussed and agreed separately where required.
Site assessment visits · £75
Many projects can initially be discussed using photographs, video and a telephone conversation. Where an in person assessment is needed, a £75 site assessment fee applies.
The visit allows us to consider the property, access, priorities, visible hazards, likely waste streams and the equipment or additional labour that may be required.
If you subsequently book Outdoor Indoor Cleaning Co Ltd to carry out the proposed work, the £75 assessment fee will be credited against your first invoice.
This is a practical assessment for planning and quotation purposes. It is not a structural, asbestos or other specialist property survey.

Ongoing and portfolio projects
Reduced rates may be available for ongoing, repeat projects or work lasting several days where the scope can be agreed in advance.
I also occasionally accept selected projects at a reduced portfolio rate. This is agreed individually and may involve permission to photograph or document the transformation. Nothing identifiable will ever be shared without clear consent.

Where additional costs are required, such as waste disposal, specialist equipment, materials or additional labour, these will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
