Local enquiries are welcomed from Selston, Mansfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Alfreton, Ripley, Belper and the surrounding towns and villages of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Services include hoarding-aware support, decluttering and organising, chronic-disorganisation support, specialist and deep cleaning, property resets, later-life and legacy decluttering, key-safe installation and ongoing practical support.

The approach is patient and non-judgemental. Work is paced around the person rather than a schedule, nothing is thrown away without agreement, and larger projects are usually completed gradually over several visits so that progress feels manageable.

We travel to the customer. There is no public office or branch to visit; appointments take place at your property or by video call.

Beyond the immediate local area, projects are considered throughout both counties and in surrounding areas, subject to availability, travel requirements and the nature of the work.

Because each project differs in type, duration and circumstances, it is best to describe the property and the support needed so that we can say honestly whether we are able to help and when.

Travel within 10 road miles each way from our base in Selston is included in the advertised rates. Beyond that, additional mileage is charged at 55p per mile, calculated only on the extra return mileage and agreed before an appointment is confirmed. Full details are on the Pricing page.

Longer-distance and multi-day projects may be considered outside our usual Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire service area.

Where the distance or working schedule makes daily travel impractical, reasonably priced overnight accommodation may be required. Any accommodation, additional mileage and other agreed travel costs will be clearly itemised and approved before the booking is confirmed.

No additional travel or accommodation costs will be added without prior agreement.
