Gardens, garages, sheds, outbuildings, entrances and boundaries can become difficult to use when they form part of an overwhelming property situation.
Limited outdoor clearing and organisation may be undertaken where this is connected with hoarding behaviours, chronic disorganisation, illness or changes in health, bereavement, reduced mobility, long-term property neglect or other difficult personal or property circumstances.
Outdoor work is generally undertaken as part of a wider hoarding-support, decluttering, property-reset or access-recovery project. We do not provide routine garden maintenance, landscaping, tree felling, climbing or specialist arboricultural work. Where work falls outside our competence or requires specialist equipment, an appropriately qualified contractor will be recommended.

Restoring manageable access
Entrances, paths and working areas can be opened carefully where accumulated materials, light vegetation or difficult property conditions have restricted access.

Accumulated materials and waste can be separated and removed lawfully, with external areas cleaned where this forms part of the agreed property-support plan.
Limited vegetation management
Light vegetation work may be undertaken where it is necessary to restore access or make an overwhelming external space manageable as part of wider property support.
Garages, sheds and outbuildings
External structures can be included in a wider sorting, decluttering, cleaning or property-reset plan rather than treated as unrelated jobs.
Clear boundaries and referrals
If work requires specialist tree knowledge, equipment, access methods or another regulated trade, it will be identified and referred rather than taken on.
Invasive-plant awareness
Recognise the risk before work continues.
Dense growth can conceal hazards, while Japanese knotweed and other invasive plants can require controlled handling and disposal. My Property Care Association Japanese knotweed qualification and pesticide application certificates inform initial recognition and safe decisions about whether work can continue.
This awareness does not make every invasive-plant situation suitable for us. Where specialist surveying, treatment, tree work or another regulated service is needed, an appropriately qualified provider will be recommended.
External property support is available across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and surrounding areas when the work forms part of an overwhelming property situation. Scope, limitations and any additional costs are agreed before work begins.
