Sorting through possessions can be difficult, especially when you’re unsure what something is, whether it has value, or where it should go. I work alongside you to organise the space, research practical options and arrange the next steps at your pace. You remain in control of every decision.

I have more than a decade of experience selling online as a business seller. That experience can help with practical research, but a comparable sold listing is only an indication, not a formal valuation or a guaranteed selling price.
Antiques, specialist items and anything uncertain should be flagged for appropriate expert appraisal before a decision is made. I do not buy clients’ possessions or operate a waste yard. I do not personally transport every item. Where disposal or collection is needed, the arrangements and any external provider’s costs are agreed with you beforehand.
You decide what stays and what goes. Nothing is removed or disposed of without your informed agreement. There are no forced clear-outs.
