Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. Children may be present in the home, but a parent, guardian or responsible adult must supervise them throughout our visit. We cannot supervise children and will pause work if appropriate supervision is not in place. Safeguarding policy.

Please note that payment is accepted by bank transfer only. Full payment details and the applicable due date will be provided on an official quotation or invoice.

Payment is only ever requested using the details on an official Outdoor Indoor Cleaning Co Ltd quotation or invoice. No employee or representative will ask for payment into a personal bank account. Please contact us directly if you receive unexpected or changed bank details.
