Free guided activity
You’re Not LazyPractical support for chronic disorganisation and executive dysfunction.
Let’s begin gently
You don’t have to figure it all out at once. Let’s find one small step that feels possible.
No account, no pressure and nothing is sent anywhere.
A little understanding
Executive functions are the thinking skills that help with starting, planning, remembering and switching between tasks. When they are under strain, ordinary jobs can feel much harder than they look.
These difficulties have many different causes, and struggling does not mean you are lazy. This activity does not diagnose anything. It simply helps you find a small place to begin.
For family and friends
- Ask which kind of help is welcome, rather than assuming.
- Always ask before moving, sorting or removing possessions.
- Agree boundaries together, including when to stop.
This activity gives general practical guidance only. It is not therapy, counselling or medical advice. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
